For a healthy lifestyle, a person should maintain his/her physical body and a balanced diet. Personal hygiene is also necessary to lead a good physical condition. Exercising regularly helps to keep both bodies and minds healthy. In short term goals, exercise helps to control appetite, boost mood and improve sleep. In long term goals, exercise helps to keep us from heart disease, stroke, diabetes, dementia, depression and many cancers. Adults should spend 150 minutes of moderate exercise like brisk walking or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise like running every week. Even it's better to divide your time into smaller sessions as long as your one session lasts at least 10 minutes. For children, doing at least 60 minutes of little physical activities per day improves good sleep and boosts their minds.
